Q: When I put my details in and click log in I get taken back to the homepage but cannot upload a photo.

A: This is a known problem with the Internet Explorer browser. Please read this tutorial on how to fix this problem.

 

Q: I've just uploaded a new photo, can I reset my votes?

A: I am afraid your votes cannot be reset. However, you should notice your average age either increase or decrease as more votes come in with your new image.

 

Q: How can I change/delete my photo?

A: To change your photo log into your account then upload a new photo. This will override your current one. If you would like to delete your account please contact us. However there is a small admin fee involved in removing accounts due to the time it takes.
